Experienced, Caring, Nursing Team

Our Norton Hall is fortunate in having a highly trained and diverse team of  staff who take the lead role in their specialist areas, including  infection control, nutrition, palliative care, health and safety etc. 

 

The Care Manager co-ordinates the internal teaching programme to ensure that all staff have the knowledge and skills to be able to meet the clients needs.  Care plans are individual to each client and they are discussed with the client and/or the family as appropriate and reviewed on a regular basis. 

 

We have an excellent working relationship with our G.P’S, and our location enables us to access the out of hours service at Worcester Royal Hospital with ease.
