At Norton Hall, all Clients receive nutritional screening on admission in order that any dietary needs are identified and met, without delay.

Clients are offered a choice of meals on a daily basis and our Chef is happy to discuss any ‘special requests’ with Clients and families in keeping with a well balanced diet. The Head Chef has a clear understanding of the dietary needs and personal preferences of the clients .

Staff are available to assist and support at mealtimes. Relatives are welcome to visit and eat with their family. It is a relaxed dining environment where families can enjoy quality time together over a meal.

5 Star Food Hygiene Rating

We have a 5 star Food Hygiene Quality Rating Certificate issued by Wychavon District Council Environmental Services and all our catering staff hold a Food Hygiene Certificate.

If clients choose to remain in their rooms for meals, staff are more than happy to assist as and when necessary. Otherwise, the dining room is an enjoyable place to socialise and Clients can take pleasure in dining with their friends. We also have a terrace area outside that is used in the summer warm months for outdoor dining and our social events.
